Psychological safety and workplace culture
Workplaces where people thrive.
Helping organisations build psychologically safe cultures, and meet their WHS obligations along the way. Helping people understand people.
Most workplace dysfunction comes down to one thing: people not feeling safe enough to speak, fail, or be themselves.
In 2022, Australia changed the law. Every business is now legally required to manage psychological safety the same way it manages physical hazards. Most small-to-medium businesses have no idea where to start, and training alone won't meet the obligation.
Thoughtful change, grounded in real work.
The law
The legal landscape has changed.
Every business in Australia is now legally required to manage psychological safety in the workplace, the same way it manages physical hazards. Bullying, excessive workloads, unclear roles, poor support, and high emotional demands are all now classified as psychosocial hazards that must be proactively identified, eliminated, or minimised.
Ways to work together
Practical, people-centred support for the moments that matter.
How I work
Rigour with warmth. Candour with care.
Most consultants sell you a framework. I bring something harder to teach: a lived understanding of what unsafe environments cost people, and what it takes to build the opposite.
